Please Join Tess for monthly group meditation on the first Monday in the Mermaid room in Harmony Lounge and tap into your peaceful nature.  Group meditation can be powerful and is a great way to connect with others and expand your meditation practice. We need to learn how to go within and find our peaceful nature;  it is crucial for our future experience.
When we are more peaceful, our world will become peaceful. It starts with us, not outside ourselves.
